Shipping policy
All Studio Sugoi products are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printful. This approach lets us deliver original apparel and merch with minimal waste and maximum quality.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 – 7 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on the way.
Delivery Time — U.S. Only
- Standard shipping arrives 5 – 7 business days after fulfillment
Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking; the link is emailed when the package ships. If tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days, contact us at support@studiosugoi.com
Delays & Exceptions
We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Carrier issues such as USPS service interruptions
- Weather or other unforeseen disruptions
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photo proof if the item is damaged. Eligible claims will receive a replacement at no cost.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, but stay tuned — we may expand in the future.
