Refund policy


Made-to-Order Items – Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

 

Every piece is printed the moment you order it. That means we don’t keep excess stock, and we can’t re-shelve an item you’ve tried on or decided you don’t want. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges when the issue is:

 

  •  a size you picked but no longer want
  • a change of mind after checkout
  • a preference shift in style or color 

 

Before you buy, double-check our size charts and product mock-ups. If you’re between sizes, go up rather than down—print shrinkage is minimal, but going larger leaves room to layer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

We cover mistakes that are on us or the printer. If your gear shows up misprinted, damaged in transit, or simply not what you ordered, reach out within 30 days:

 Email: support@studiosugoi.com With the following:

 

  • include your order number so we can pull the file
  • attach a clear, well-lit photo of the problem

 

Once we verify the issue, we’ll remake the product and ship it at our expense. We may request you recycle or donate the defective item instead of returning it—saves time, lowers carbon footprint.

 

Refunds

 

A cash refund happens only if:

 

  • the item is permanently out of stock in your size or color 
  • a replacement cannot be produced within a reasonable window (usually 10 business days)

 

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method—no gift cards or store credit unless you ask for them. 

 

Returns

 

Do not mail anything back unless we send written instructions. Unauthorized returns are destroyed by the warehouse because on-demand prints can’t be resold. That means you lose the product and the money. If we do authorize a return (rare but possible), we’ll provide a prepaid label; ship the item within 14 days in unworn, unwashed condition.

We’re a small outfit that thrives on low waste and high quality. Thanks for understanding why our policies are strict—they keep prices fair and production sustainable.
